FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Where do I purchase my ticket?

Ticket sales can be accessed through the BASH site and will be handled via Eventbrite

What time do tickets go on sale?

Tickets go on sale May 2nd, 2016

How many VIP tickets are available?

There are only 50 VIP tickets available and they usually sell out within the first 20 minutes once registration opens.

Why is there no Early Bird pricing for VIP tickets?

Due to how quickly VIP tickets sell out and the limited quantity available, VIP tickets are at a set price.

If VIP tickets are sold out, is there a waiting list?

No. There is no waiting list once tickets are sold out. We encourage you to go ahead and purchase your General Admission ticket, as BASH provides a one-of-a-kind experience for ALL Attendees regardless of ticket type.

Will you make additional tickets available if you sell out?

No.

Are tickets refundable or transferable?

We will NOT be issuing refunds for tickets purchased. Transfers are available for a $75 fee prior to December 15th, 2016. Ticket transfers can be initiated using the TICKET TRANSFER FORM.

How many tickets can I buy?

We are not limiting the number of tickets you can buy, but this year if you plan on purchasing multiple tickets, you will need to purchase them 1 transaction at a time. If you are purchasing a ticket for another Attendee, please be sure to fill out that ATTENDEE’s correct information on the form.

What will I need when I register?

You will need to provide us with general contact information, plus limited information about your blog/website (please have your average monthly page views available).

How can I pay for my ticket?

All transactions will be processed via PayPal and you will be able to use your major credit cards.

What if I am planning on speaking at BASH. Should I wait on my ticket?

We’re so excited to hear that you’d like to be involved. We encourage you to purchase your ticket now. If you are selected as a speaker, you will receive a full refund.

Should I wait for a ticket giveaway or Black Friday special?

There will NOT be a Black Friday special and ticket giveaways will be limited this year. We encourage you to purchase your ticket within the given time frame so you don’t miss out on attending the conference.
