When asked what she wanted to do for a living, Amy Belle Isle, would say, “work for a non-profit”…honestly having no idea what exactly that would be. What she did know is that she wanted to do something that would help other people. Now, as Chief Event Planner for Operation Shower, a non-profit who celebrates and honors military families by hosting amazing group baby showers all over the country, she knows she is in exactly where she was meant to be.
Having worked in Sales and Catering in the hotel industry, to planning corporate events, to owning her own small boutique event planning company, Amy has a background which enables her to have a unique perspective from many sides of the event planning world.
Operation Shower now hosts around thirteen events across the country each year and has been fortunate to have many celebrities (and The First Lady!) be a part of their events.
Whether it is in Florida or California, whether it is hosted by a celebrity or not, there are things Amy works to ensure…each military mom should feel as if their best friend from home has lovingly planned their baby shower and each mom should feel like a celebrity. Amy’s biggest goal? Each and every Operation Shower military mom should leave the event knowing they are the true Rock Stars!
When not traveling to showers, Amy lives with her “rock”, her husband, Paul, in Massachusetts.
