Kathy Romero is the CEO and Head of Global Planning for Preston Bailey Designs and has worked side-by-side with Preston on some of his most notable projects since 2012.
Together with Preston and his team, Kathy has planned and overseen some of the most elaborate installations, weddings, corporate events and social galas for a client list that includes celebrities, business tycoons, socialites, and royal families.
Known for her unique ability to provide clients with concierge-style luxury planning while maintaining a strong professional approachability, Kathy has developed a worldwide client base resulting in exceptional event execution on a global scale.
Prior to joining the Preston Bailey team, Kathy managed and designed events for Blue Chip companies throughout North America and Europe. This experience resulted in a strong skillset that continues to allow her to seamlessly plan and execute events and experiences in a wide-range of spheres.
Kathy’s creativity, design background, meticulous eye for detail and strong business experience has secured her status as a key member of Preston Bailey’s team. Her weekly blog posts have positioned her as a mentor in the planning industry that has segued into successful speaking engagements and master class courses where she works one-on-one guiding planners of all levels through their journey into luxury planning.
